چکیده
Abstract The rotation of polarization at 90-degree domain walls in tetragonal BaTiO 3 was directly observed by the STEM-CBED method, which combines scanning transmission electron microscopy and convergent-beam diffraction (CBED). CBED patterns wall region exhibit continuous changes intensity distribution within disks specific features corresponding to direction polarization. Simulations were performed using hypothetical superstructures created continuously connecting Ti displacement with a showed good qualitative agreement experimental patterns. quantitative evaluation mirror symmetries existing structure bulk form revealed width is approximately 9 nm. While distorted regions slightly broken symmetry found extend further on both sides 6–7 This finding can explain discrepancy widths reported previous studies.

Theoretical Analysis of Polarization Rotation angle in Dual Reflector Antenna
Because of special structure, a dual reflector antenna has beam rotation capability in azimuth and elevation directions. In this structure, the antenna beam can be placed in any point in the space by mechanical movement of twist reflector which it is the most important ability of the antenna. Due to the antenna structure, if the polarization of incident wave is linear, it is expected that the p...

the present study sought to investigate the role of dynamic assessment (da) in improvement of iranian efl writing performance at different language proficiency levels. to this end, after conducting the quick placement test, 60 iranian efl learners were assigned to two groups with different language proficiency levels. in both groups each participant wrote two compositions, one before and one af...
Direct observation of domain walls in NiFe films using high-resolution Lorentz microscopy
A novel approach to observe the interaction between magnetic domain wall and nanoscale microstructural features is demonstrated. The method is based on Focault mode Lorentz microscopy and utilizes a Gatan energy image filter to provide additional magnification. A postexperimental image processing technique was applied to separate lattice diffraction from that induced by magnetic domains. The ef...

متن کاملDirect observation of nanoscale Peltier and Joule effects at metal-insulator domain walls in vanadium dioxide nanobeams.
The metal to insulator transition (MIT) of strongly correlated materials is subject to strong lattice coupling, which brings about the unique one-dimensional alignment of metal-insulator (M-I) domains along nanowires or nanobeams. Many studies have investigated the effects of stress on the MIT and hence the phase boundary, but few have directly examined the temperature profile across the metal-...
